- Ron Williams (5/1/99)
- On April 28, 1999, I filed a complaint with the United States Justice Department against
Judge Brunetti. The complaint alleges that he, Judge Noonan and Judge Beezer
violated 18 U.S.C. 1623 perjury and 18 U.S.C. 1503 obstruction of justice. The
violations happened with their decision in the matter of Williams vs. City of Los Angeles,
et al., CA-94-56250. These judges knowingly relied on false testimony as legal
justification to dismiss my Complaint. My Complaint alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. 2000e,
1983 and 1985. It was against the City of Los Angeles and three person defendants. In my
opinion, Judge Brunetti's and the other judges were motivated by race. One only needs to
realize that these judges used a single conspicuously false declarations of one of the
defendants of my complaint, as the sole basis to dismiss all three claims of my complaint.
One would only need to read an opinion rendered by the California State Court of Appeal to
realize that Judge Brunetti and the other named Judges, in fact, committed the violations
under the federal perjury and obstruction of justice statutes. If anyone is interested, I
will forward material proving what I have just contended. Brunetti and the others named
have demonstrated that they are capable of dishonesty while presiding over cases on
appeal.
