In the interest of justice, Chief Justice George needs to reconcile Michael Lucas vs. State of California, decided by a State appeals panel (4th App. Dist) on October 22, 1997, with the "published" decision of another State appeals panel, years earlier, under Williams vs. City of Los Angeles, 229 Cal.App.3d 1627 (May 10, 1991).

No reasons need be included here. All that is necessary is for the Chief Judge to read each opinion. This, in itself, will support the suggestion.
