I appeared before Judge Graber for an oral argument recently and was very impressed with her. She is obviously extremely bright and was well prepared for every case. She asked questions almost immediately, and her questions revealed that she was cutting right to whatever issue she viewed as determinative. My case was complex, but I felt that she understood the facts and the applicable law
